San Carlos City Negros Occidental Organization (SCCNOO) - USA Chapter

San Carlos City Negros Occidental Organization (SCCNOO) – USA Chapter is a non-profit corporation whose members are from San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, Philippines. The SCCNOO was founded in 2005 by Cesar Quisumbing and is based in New Jersey, USA.

SCCNOO-USA is committed to provide members a suitable and comfortable venue where everyone can perhaps chat and share their experiences with others while enjoying new acquaintances through our organization’s annual picnic and fiesta celebration dinner-dance.

And more importantly, giving out and make available necessary school supplies to needy grade schools students in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, Philippines through our “School Supplies for Needy Child Project” and other essential supports to be sourced from SCCNOO fundraising campaign and solicitations as well as through the help and generosity of our contributors. We hope to effect positive changes in their lives through our projects.
