San Carlos Directory offer any sort of meaningful stats to the listing owners, at best others offered a total page view count which really is pointless without more into like dates.
Our old system showed listing owners (and admins) the total page views for the last 30 days in a textual representation, this was informative and let listing owners know the popularity of their listing by checking it often. The API our old system used was depreciated by Google which forced us to change it, our Google Analytics system had not changed in many years as it did it’s job and no one asked for more.
Our new Google Analytics system is 100x better than our old system, built from scratch, it is now far more secure that our old system and now shows stats on animated graphs and charts, we have also built it so it can be easily extended to show many different stats than currently included.
